The humble peticon of Robert Roadon< no role >

Sheweth

That in sometime past yor. petr. at the request of the late Overseere of the
poore of the parish of St. Martine in the Feild in the sd. County did receive
and take into his Howse severall poore Lunatick persons in order for their
Durv who were chargeable to the said parish Soe that there is due to
yd. petr for such the Entertaineing the said poore Lunatick persons the Sum
of £26.12s.6d. which the Churchwardens and Overseers of the poore of
the sd pish doe refuse to pay to yor. petr. whereby he humbly conceive
himselfe aggreived

Yor. Petr therefore most humbly prays
yor. Worsp [..] to be pleased to Order that
the Churchwardens and Overseers
of the poore of the sd .parish may appear
in this Honble Court this put Quarter
Sessions to shew cause why yor. pet.
should not be pd. and sattisfyed the sd.
moneys soe to him due on aforesd.

And yor. petr. shall ever Pray etc
