Court that upon division in the sd county hearing of the sd. CP: JH: WB &

NB: the sd late Constable and Mr John Coggs< no role > one of the sd Burgesses ;-
itt appearedthatto the sd Justices that theby
the prcept of Thomas Harris< no role > gentl then one of the High
Constables of the sd Hundred of Ossulston dated the 5d

of the said Libty towards satisfaccon of the sd

collected & reced of the said Inhitants & other

Itt appeared to the said Justices that the essx
JA: did collect & received of the Inhitants of the
Middle & Savoy wards in the sd Libty the sume
of £33 & that they have accounted for the sume of £22
10d only, [..] but that the sd Thomas Awbrey< no role > did-
not alt any time intermeddle with any of the mony that

And whereas the sd. Ralph Bucknall< no role > Leonard Hancock< no role > & Hugh Chamberline< no role >
was due collected, soe that £11:9s of the colleccons-
of the said 2 wards remains solely in the hands of the sd lp:
And alsoe that the sd WB: & NB: did collect &
receive of the Jul of the Royall & Ch wards in the sd
Libty the sume of £24 15s, of which they have acctd-
for the sume of £22 10s & paid to sd pratten more
£1:18s which together amounts to the sume of £24: 08s
accompted for by the WB: & NB: soe that there remains
in their hands 7s, only, and in the hands of the said
Cha pratten< no role > [..] £13: 7s which together makes
£13-14s and which the said Refocus thought
reasonable to be paid to the sd Burgesses towards
the repaymt of the monys due to the for erecting the P watch house Now
upon reading of the said Report & due consideracon of
the said mother. This Court doth hereby ratifie & confirmed the

hereof doe pay or cause to bepaypaid unto the sd
