John Geary< no role > on the said Accompt is to be
allowed to him out of the Money in his hands
and out of the future Payments he is to make,
And that they find that at the time of making
the Said Report there remaines in the hands
of the said John Geary< no role > only the Sume of Ten
pounds eight shillings and two pence, soe that
he hath advanced out of his own Pockett the
Sume of Thirty one pounds seventeen shillings
and four pence, which by the said Order is to be
allowed to him out of future Payments And in
Case of his Death or Removeall is to be
made good to him or his Executors or Admrs
by this County, This Court upon consideration
had of the Premisses Is of Opinion And doth
accordingly Order that the said Sume of Thirty
One pounds Seventeen shillings and four pence
soe advanced and paid by the said John Geary< no role >
for Repairing of the said Prison as aforesaid
be allowed to him out of the said Yearly Sume
of Twenty pounds from henceforth to grow due
and payable by him as Keeper of the said
Prison unto the Clerk of the Peace of this
County or his Deputy on Accompt of Repairing
the aforesaid Prison, And in case of the Death
or Removeall of the said John Geary< no role > from his
said Place of Keeper, before he shall be soe
allowed the said Sume of Thirty one Pounds
Seventeen shillings and four pence by him
paid as aforesaid, Then such part thereof
for which he shall not have had such
Allowance) shall be answered and made
good to him or his Executors or Administrs.
