Workmen should be paid and satisfyed, the same
by John Geary< no role > Keeper of New Prison aforesaid
who was to be allowed the same out of the Yearly
Sume of Twenty pounds by him payable as Keeper
of the said Prison to the Clerk of the Peace of this
County or his Deputy for repairing of the said Prison,
And that in Case the said John Geary< no role > should happen
to dye before he should be so allowed the Moneys
which should be by him soe paid to such
Workman or Workmen, that then such part of the
Moneys soe by him paid and of which he should
not have had such allowance as aforesaid in
his life time, should be allowed and paid to the
Executors or Administrators of the said John
Geary by such ways and means as the Justices
of the Peace for this County should at their Generall
or Quarter Sessions of the Peace in that behalfe
Order and direct, Now upon Report made unto
this Court by the said Robert Thornhill< no role > John
Fuller and William Cotesworth< no role > that in
pursuance of the said Order they have proceeded
to view and examine the necessary Repaires
that were wanting in and about the said Prison,
and have employed Workmen in the best manner
they could to doe the said Worke, the whole
Charge of which Repaires amounts to Fourty
two pounds five shillings and Six pence, which
they have directed the said John Geary< no role > (according
to the said Order) to pay to the said Workmen,
which hath accordingly been done, And the
Workmen's Bills and proper Receipts on the
same are annexed to the said Report, And
that they find by the said Order that what
Moneys shall be paid or advanced by the said
