Whereas an Order of the Court of Quarter Session
of the County of Middlesex
hath been now laid before this
Court praying this Court to give such directions to the
Treasurer
of the Public Stock of this County as may be a
means of liquidating a certain Account therein stated
by which it appears that the Sum of Nine hundred and
thirty two pounds Six shillings and three pence is due
to the County od Middlesex
for Monies paid for the Relief of
the Families of Persons serving in the Militia of Surrey
and Whereas the Treasurer of the County
of Surrey
hath
represented to this Court that he hath a Cross Demand
on the Treasurer of Middlesex
for Monies paid on the
same Account It is Ordered by this Court that the
Treasurer
of this County do forthwith settle the said
Account with the Treasurer of the County of Middlesex
and if it shall appear on such settlement that a
Balance is due to the County of Middlesex
that the
said Treasurer do forthwith pay the same.
