"by Mr.. Stirling Deputy Clerk of the peace for the County of
"Middlesex : (enterd a Copy of it.)

"And so much of the Report enterd in the Minutes
"of the 11th. Jany. 1794. as relates to the Bridge called Baber
"Bridge therein mentioned and the Minutes of that day
"directing that Report and certain other Papers relative
"thereto to be laid before the Magistrates containing an
"Offer from the Trust that if the Magistrates would
"Acknowledge it to be a County Bridge the Trustees
"would be ready to enter into a Treaty for making the
"proposed improvements at their Expence being Read
"and Mr. Henderson a Trustee of the Stains Turnpike
"being present and informing the Board that it had
"been agreed by that Trust to Contribute 1/3d of the
"Expence provided it should not exceed two hundred
"pounds in the whole

"Resolved That this Trust will also Contribute
"one third of the Expence to be incurred by making the
"Repairs and propos'd Alteration provided the same
"shall not exceed in the whole two hundred pounds
"and Ordered That the Treasurer be desired to Transmit
"the above Resolution to Mr.. Stirling to be laid before the
"Magistrates and that it be referd to Mr.. Clitherow to
"Examine the Plan proposed by Mr.. Rogers the County
"Surveyor) and settle the business with him so that the
"Work may be done this Summer -

"I shall therefore be happy to meet Mr.. Rogers at
"the spot with the Plan and Estimate and day next
"Week after Monday the 11th. if he will be so good as to
"call here I will accompany him when he has fixed
"the Day desire I may be informed of it and I think
"it would be right to acquaint Mr.. Henderson of ye.
"Day and hour of our being there and to desire his
"attendance if not inconvenient
