Ordered That the said Report be received and Confirmed

By adjournment same Day.

Resolved That it be referred to the Committee to
cause a Plan or Plans to be made and laid before the Court
on the County Day of the next Session of what they may
Consider the most proper sort of House to be provided for
the use of the Governor of the House of Correction together
with an Estimate of the Expence attending the Execution
thereof-Resolved it is Expedient that there should
be an outward Communication from such House
independent of the general Entrance into the Prison

By adjournment same Day.

The Court being informed of the Death of Mr..
Richards the late Chaplain to the New Prison it was
Resolved That The Revd. Mr.. Evans be appointed
Chaplain to the New House of Correction and New Prison
and that the Salary for the Duty to be performed at the
House of Correction be £20. and the Salary for the
Duty to be performed at the New Prison be £50.
amounting together to the sum of £70. Pr.. Annum

By adjournment same Day

Ordered That Mr.. Aris be desired to make
out a Particular Account of the Additional Expences
incurred by this County by the maintenance of the
Mutineers deducting the Amount of their Gains for their
labour together with Mr.. Aris's Extra Charge for his
Attendance and also that of the Surgeon and Chaplain
of the said Prison.
