Resolved that there be a private inclosed Passage from each end
of the Lodge to the Boundary Wall at one end of which Passage a proper Lodge
shall be made for the Watchman or Doorkeeper and that the other Covert way
shall be for the purpose of a private way for the use of the Keeper to pass and
repass to and from the Prison and that a proper Door should be made in the
Boundary Wall for that purpose and that the said Committee do take into
their consideration the best method of constructing the same And that the
said Committee do also take into consideration the best mode of disposing of
the Old House of Correction with the Quakers Ground.
