December 1788

It is the Opinion of Your Committee, That it will be more
Advantageous to the County to dispose of the whole Ground and Premises
lately occupied by the Quakers, and also the Ground whereon the present House of
Correction for this County is Erected at the same time but as that cannot be done
until the New intended House of Correction for this County shall be entirely completed
and fit to receive Prisoners Your Committee Recommend that Mr Henley be
empowered to let the whole or any part of the Premises lately occupied by the
Quakers from Year to Year in the most advantageous manner that should offer

All which the Committee Submit et
Mr Bleamire.

Ordered that the said Report be and the same is hereby Confirmed

By Adjournment Same day

The following Report from the Committee appointed to examine
and audit from time to time the Account or Accounts of the Treasurer of this
County as well with respect to his Receipts as his expenditures and also to
examine and audit all demands of what nature or kind soever made on this
County previous to the payment thereof being laid before the Court Vizt.

Middlesex To His Majestys Justices of the Peace for the County of Middlesex
in their General Session of the Peace holden for the said County
in the Month of December 1788 Assembled

The Report of the Committee appointed to examine
and audit from time to time the Account or Accounts of
the Treasurer of this County as well with respect to his
Receipts as his Expenditures and also to examine and
audit all demands of what nature or kind soever made
on this County previous to the payment thereof.
