Ordered that the Servant or Servants of the Governor of the House of
Correction at Clerkenwell
in this County that suffered John Mc. Neal
(who was Committed to the said House of Correction
as a Rogue and
Vagabond) to Escape on Monday the 26th. day of February last from and
out of Custody Do attend the Court here on Tuesday the 13th. day of
March Instant at 12 o'Clock at Noon precisely To account for their
Conduct in the Premises

Mr. Stirling informed the Court that he had waited on Sir

and Mr Holland in order to get a Day appointed for the
purpose of meeting the Agents of Jervoise Clerke Jervoise Esqr. & others
as directed at the last Court but that they had not yet met to take the
said matters into Consideration and had appointed Friday next for
that purpose
Resolved that this Court be adjourned until Tuesday
the 13th. day of March Instant at 12 o'Clock at noon precisely,
