A Roll of papers purporting to be a plan of a House of
Correction being produced but it appearing that the said Roll
had not been delivered till near Six o'Clock of the afternoon of
Thursday the 9th. day of December Instant

Resolved that the said Roll of Papers unopened
be delivered to the person claiming the same

The Plans which had been opened were now severally
accurately viewed and Examined.

Resolved that the Plan No. 1. be Sealed up by the
Clerk of the Peace and returned to the Owner

Resolved that the Plan No 2. be kept for
further Consideration

Resolved that the Plan No 3. be kept for
further Consideration

Resolved that the Plan No 4. be Sealed up
by the Clerk of the Peace and returned to the Owner

Resolved that the Plan No 5. be Sealed up by
the Clerk of the peace and returned to the owner

Resolved that the Plan No 6. be Sealed up by
the Clerk of the peace and returned to the Owner
