sent to the Commei of
Quakers respd. the purcha [..]
of their interest in the Garden
Ground behind their
workhouse .}

Ordered that a Letter signed by the Clerk of the Peace be
sent to the Committee of the Quakers School and Work house desiring
to know if they are willing to part with their Interest in the Remain [..]
of the Term for which they hold the Garden Ground behind the Workhouse
and upon what Terms and Conditions and to request an answer
on or before Thursday the 27th. Instants

The considn. of fees and Salary of
the Governor of the House
of Correction adjd:}

Resolved that the Consideration of the Fees and Salary
received by the Governour of the House of Correction at Clerkenwell
be adjourned till the next County day.

The Standing order
respecting the charges
at Lock up houses
rescinded}

The standing Order respecting the Charges at Lock up House
Etc. within this County being called for and read A motion was made
that the said Order be Rescinded and the same being agreed to the said
Order was Rescinded accordingly.

Order and allowance
what sums the Bailiffs
and minister of
this County make
take & receive of such
[..] sons legally arrested
as they may detain
in their respective custo
dies for lodging diet
or [..] expences.}

And this Court doth hereby Order and ascertain that the
Bailiff or Officer of the Sheriff of this County for the time being, and
also the Bailiff of the Dutchy of Lancaster at the Strand in this Con [..]
for the time being and his under Bailiffs or Officers and also the
Bailiff of the Liberty of the Manor of Stepney in the same County for
the time being and his under Bailiffs or Officers and also the
Bailiffs Officers or Ministers of his Majestys Palace Court at
Westminster , and of the Court commonly called While Chapel Court
in this Count, legally arresting or detaining any person or
persons in their respective Custodies may take and receive of
such parson or persons so legally arrested or detained as follows.
