Order for receiving the
Accounts of Coroners
John and Michs.
[..] ions rescinded}

The following standing Order being called for and Read Vizt.
"Ordered that the time for receiving the Accounts of Coroners and ordering
"payment of their fees according to the late Act of Parliament be in Easter
"and Michaelmas Sessions in every Year and that the computation of the
"plumber if Miles which the Coroners for this County and the Coroner for the
"City and Liberty of Westminster shall respectively travel to take their
"Inquisitions be from the place of abode of such Coroners respectively if the
"same be within the said County or Liberty and if not then from the first
"place on the said County of Liberty such Coroner or Coroners shall come into
"in the said Road directly leading to the place where such Inquisitions
"shall be taken" A Motion was made that the said Order be rescinded &
the same being agreed to the said Order was rescinded accordingly.

A Motion was made that the time for receiving the Accounts
of Coroners be on or before the Thursday proceeding the County day of every
Session of the Peace to be holden for this County in like manner do there
Accounts are required to be delivered and that the time for ordering the
payment of their fees according to the Act of Parliament in that Case be
on the County day of each Session and that the computation of the number
of Miles which the Coroners for this County and the Coroner for the City any
Liberty of Westminster shall respectively travel to take their Inquisitions
be from the place of abode of such Coroners respectively of the same be
within the County or Liberty and if not then from the first place in the said
County or Liberty stich Coroner or Coroners shall some into in the said
Read directly leading to the place where such Inquisitions shall be taken
and the same was agreed to

Order for an application

Expences incurred for
the security of the
Sheriffs prisoners in
the House of Correction
[..] Clerkenwell }

It being represented unto this Court that application had been
made pursuant to the Order of the last Sessions to the late Sheriff of this County for
the payment of the Rent of the Guard house and for the other Expences incurred
by the County in respect to the security and maintenance of the Sheriffs
Prisoners in the House of Correction at Clerkenwell but that one of the
Sheriffs had declared he had never undertaken to defray such Expences
nor would he pay any part of the said Charges It is Ordered that
Application be made to the Corporation of the City of London touching the premes
