Resolved

That the said Nomination be determined by
Ballot and that Such Ballot be closed at half an hour after
Twelve O Clock this day

Husband Messiter and John Barnfather< no role > Esquires
were appointed Scrutineers to Examine the said Ballot and
upon Examination thereof a Majority appeared in favour of Robert
Fitz< no role > of Little Earl Street in the parish of Saint Giles in the fields in
the said Division Tallow Chandler whereupon it was

Resolved

That the said Robert Fitz< no role > be returned to his
Majestys Justices of the peace for the said County in their next
General Quarter Session of the peace to be assembled upon the County
day of the said next Session the 30th. day of April next and that it
be recommended to the Justices who shall be then and there assembled
that the said Robert Fitz< no role > may be Sworn into the said Office of
High Constable for the said Division

That a Copy of the Resolutions & Minutes relative
