It is Ordered that the said Petition be and the same
is hereby referred to the prison Committee in Order that the said Committee
may Enquire into the Allegations contained in the said Petition and
they are found to be Just and True to consider what addition ought to
be made to the Sallary of the said Thomas Gibbes< no role > and report the
Opinion thereof
