Armull, and that such prisoners being severally Indicted for such
Felony were on Trial at the said Delivery of the said Goal of Newgate
acquitted and were thereupon immediately discharged and set at
Liberty in Open Court without the payment of any Foe or Sum of
Money to the Sheriff of the said County or to the said Goaler or Keeper
of the said Goal or Prison for or in respect of such discharge pursuant
to the Statute in such Case lately made and provided And I do
further Certify that it also appears to me by the said Records of the sd.
Delivery of the said Goal of Newgate that the following persons
(among others) were also prisoners in the Custody of the said Richard
Akerman

of Indictment was found by the grand Jury against any one of the
said Prisoners last named and Such prisoners last named were
Thereupon at the said Delivery of the said Goal of Newgate holden
for the said County discharged by Proclamation for want of
Prosecution and were thereupon immediately set at large in open
Court without the payment of any Fee or Sum of Money to the said
Sheriff or to the said Goaler or Keeper of the said Goal or Prison
for or in respect of such last mentioned discharged in pursuance
of the said Statute And I do further Certify that it appears to me
from inspecting the list of Fees allowed to be taken by the said
Richard Akerman< no role > This name instance is in set 4413. as such Goaler or Keeper of the said Goal or
Prison that the fee or Sum of Eighteen Shillings and Ten pence
