December Session

At this Court a report from the Committee of His Majesty's
Justices of the Peace for this County appointed on the 22d. day
of April [..] lastfor theto carry into immediate to executor
the effectual upon of Now Prison Etc and also further appoint [..] .
toconsidertake into consideration the Repairs and alte-
rations necessary to be done to Hicks-Hall was made
and delivered. [..] and the same is as follows (vizt)

Which [..] Report being readtheThis Court doth fully approve of & agree to
the said Report and doth ratify and confirm the name
that part of the same which respects the repair and alterations necessary
to be made in [..] the present Building. [..]

at the last Session of the Peace holden for this County laid
before the Court as Report concerning the same [..]
