shall at any time or times Neglect to repair any Part of the said
Pavement within six days after Notice in writing delivered to or left
for him or them at his or their Dwelling Houses by any two or more
Justices of the Peace of the said County appointed a Standing
Committee by order of Court in that Behalf to repair the same
such pavements shall or may be repaired by order of any two Justices
of such Committee and the expence thereof shall be from Time to
Time deducted out of any Payments which shall be to be made or
become due to the said John Wilkins< no role > his Executors or Administrators
out of the Monie arrising by the said Toll of the said Haymarket
