That said Wilkins is dead and that the said Agreements are now
executed by Mr William Davis< no role > the Executor of the said John Wilkins< no role >
and that upon examination of Mr Wm Davis< no role > he acknowledges a
Ballance remaining in his han'os in favor of the County arrising from
the overplus of the Receipt of the Toll of the Hay market of £154.16s.6d
which Sum he declared himself ready to pay to the order of the Justices
now therefore It is Ordered that Mr Wm Davis< no role > do forthwith pay the
said ballance of £154.16s.6d acknowledged by himself to remain in his
hands as aforesaid unto Mr John Benson< no role > the Treasurer of this County
who is hereby empowered to receive the same on Account of the said
County and to give a receipt for the same unto the said Mr Wm Davis< no role >
which together with this order shall be a Sufficient voucher of the
payment of the same.

Upon reading the Petition of William Aldwin< no role > of Harrow Weald
in the Parish of Harrow on the Hill in the County of Middlesex
Tallow Chandler setting forth That the Petitioner has to the best
of his Skill and Judgment Executed the Office of one of the Chief or
High Constables of the Hundred of Gore in the said County of Middlesex
for the Space of one Year and would chearfully continue so to do but
that he finds the said Office is a great detriment and loss to him in
his business the Duty of the said Office taking him from his business
very much That there are several proper persons to serve the said
Office the names of some of whom the Petitioner has inserted at the
Foot thereof & therefore humbly praying to be discharged and that
some other person may be appointed to serve the Office of High Constable
in his Stead, And this Court being satisfied in the Premises Doth
Appoint Joseph Read< no role > of Wembley in the said County of Middlesex
to be High Constable within the said Hundred in the Place
