9th September 1773

The Clerk of the Peace Reported to this Court That, in consequence
of the Steps taken to recover the Papers Books Records Etc remaining in the
Hands of the late Clerk of the Peace since the last General Quarter Session
of the Peace he had received certain Papers, Books, Records Etc. mentioned
in the Schedule next hereafter written and the same had been by him
deposited in the Record Room at Hicks Hall .

and belonging to the Session of the Peace of the County of Middlesex or
concerning the Office of Clerk of the Peace for the said County.
