for and on behalf
of the Inhabitants of the said County of the other part
Chertsea Bridge.
Whereas at the General Quarter Session of the Peace
holden for the County of Middlesex
on Monday in the Week next
after the Feast of the Epiphany to wit the thirteenth Day of
January last past It was presented by the Grand Jury of the said
County that a certain part of the County Bridge over the River
Thames commonly called Chertsea Bridge situate in the Parish of
Littleton
in the said County then was and for some time past had been
in decay and want of reparation And Whereas his Majesty's
Justices of the Peace
in General Sessions assembled have resolved
and directed that so much of the said Public Bridge as lyes within
the said County of Middlesex
be repaired with all convenient
Expedition And Whereas the said

hath proposed agreed and undertaken to and with his Majesty's
said Justices assembled in the last General Session of the Peace
holden for the said County by adjournment on Thursday the fourth
Day of this instant September For the considerations herein
after mentioned (and wherewith he the said

hereby declare himself to be fully satisfied & contented to do and
perform the said Reparis and all Business relating thereunto at
the Rates or Prices herein after mentioned under the direction of
