Whereas
Thomas Long< no role >
one of the High Constables
within the Division
of Stanes in the Hundred of Spelthorne
in the County of Middlesex
hath exhibited
his Petition to this Court setting forth that he hath served the Office of High Constable
for the said Division upwards of one year and an half and that he hath Cleared and
setled all his Accounts with Mr. Higgs the Treasurer and is desirous of being
discharged from the same Office. This Court being satisfied in the Premisses Doth
hereby nominate and appoint

of Hampton wick
in the same County
Baker
to be one of the High Constables of the said Division of Stanes in the Hundred
aforesaid in the Room and Stead of
Thomas Long< no role >
and doth order that the said
John Bulling< no role >
having notice of this order do attend one of his Majesties Justices of
the Peace acting within the said Division of Stanes to lake the Oath in that behalf
required for the due Execution of the said Office and from and after his having
taken his said Oath the said

is to stand absolutely discharged
from his said Office
