Writing upon Oath, and Order such Vagabond to be either publickly
Whipped or sent to Bridewell ; And if the Justice shall think proper
after the said Punishment to pass such Vagabond, that a Duplicate
of such Pass and examination be by such Justice returned to the next
General or Quarter Sessions; and if such Justice shall not Order such
Vagabond to be passed, then to return a Duplicate of the Examination of
such Vagabond to Sessions pursuant to the Direction of the said
Statute.

Ordered That the Report of the said Committee and
the Revolutions of this Court thereupon be (for the Information of such
Magistrates, who, though they Act in this Respect, do not often attend
the Sessions) printed under the Inspection and Direction of the
Committee heretofore appointed, and that a Copy thereof be delivered to
every Acting Magistrate of this County, and the City and Liberty of
Westminster .
