for conveying Vagabonds from and through this County, numbering the said
Orders or Certificates dated from that time, and entering such Numbers in the
[..] distinguishing also the Place where such Vagabonds were sent froms
the Place where they were conveyed to, the Date of the Order or certificates, the
Money ordered, and the Name of the Magistrate who signed such Order or
Certificate.

That in the said Book be in the like Manner entered separately all such
Orders as shall be issued for paying Rewards to the Apprehendens of Vagabonds
distinguishing them into Numbers as aforesaid, together with the Names of
the several Vagabonds, the Persons Names to whom they are payable the Money
Ordered, the Date and the Magistrates Names by whom the Orders are signed.

That the High Constables of this County do give their respive. Petty
Constables Notice, that for the future they are to, deliver to the Treasurer of this
County all such orders for conveying Vagabonds, and Orders for Rewards
as shall be in their Hands, twice in every Year at least; that is to say, at
the Quarter Sessions in April and October, and that the High Constables and
Contractor do the same, and that the Treasurer do not receive into his Account
any Orders not delivered in the Time above mentioned without specials
Direction of the Court.

That the said Account be finally closed on Michaelmas Day next, and
an Abstract there of be presented by the Treasurer on the County day in Decemr.
Sessions, distinguishing the Number of Orders of Conveying and Orders
for Rewards issued by every Magistrate, and the gross Sum such Orders
amount to.

That upon passing the Treasurers Account in Respect to Vagabonds
the several Orders be checked with their Entry in the said Book; which
being done, such Orders should be crossed upon the Face of them with
Red Ink, as a Sing of their being examined and allowed.

That the Clerk of the Peace should in Decemr. Sessions next on the
first day of such Session present to this Court all such Duplicates
of Passes and Examinations of Vagarants as shall be returned to
Sessions between October Sessions 1758, and October Sessions 1759, by
the respive Majestrates in Parsuance of the Statute of the 17th. of
the King in Order to their being Check'd with the Orders for Rewards.

And that the same Method Might be continued from Year to Year
until the Court should otherwise Order and direct.

All which the Commee submit is to the Judgment of the Court
