That they are of Opinion that of the Magistrates with in the Bills of
Mortality with in this County would Adopt the Method practised by the
Magistrates of the City of London , in allowing only two Shillings for apprehendg:
a Vagabond, and in other respects, conform themselves to the Resolutions
of this Court, the whole Charge arising from the Articles of Vagabonds would
be reduced to little more than One third of the Expence this County hath
been put to on that Account.

That for want of a Proper and regular Method in laying before this
Court an Annual Account of the Expence this County had been put to on
the Article of Vagabonds many Irregularties have arisen and passed
unobserved, to the great Detriment of the County; to prevent which
Inconvenience for the future, and to render the passing of these Accounts
more certain and more easy to the Magistrates, the Committee
recommend the following Method to the Court.

That the Treasurer of this County do provide a proper Book, and from
Michaelmas Day last, enter therein a abstracts of all Orders or Certificates
