2. Clause.

of the said County as shall think fit to be present as a Commes
to meet together as Hicks Hall in St. John Street on Thursday
the Seventeenth day of this Instant at ten of the Clock in the Forenoon
to State and Settle a Case for the Opinion of Council upon a Queen
Arrising concerning the Manner of taking Informations agt. Victualling
upon a Claim in the Act of Parliament of the 26th. Year of the Reign
of his late Majesty King Geo: the 2d. Instituted Etc And to give
Direction for laying such Case before same Eminent Counceller
for his Opinion thereon for the Satisfaction of his Majesties
Justices of the peace of this County in the Execution of the said
Act The charge of which Application is to be paid out of the County
Rents by Order of his Majesty's said Justices.
