By adjournment on Thursday the twenty ninth day of June 1758

Order for Mr. Higgs Trearer
to pay £10.15s.0d. to the
Inspectors of the Distempered
Cattle.

An Account being laid before this Court by the late Inspectors appointed
to take Care of the Distempered Cattle in this County and to prevent the spreading
of the same of moneys alledged to be due to them for their Service the Total of
which Account amounts to the Sum of Ten pounds and fifteen shillings
which Account is as followeth

two Weeks at 10s. a Week

And it appearing unto this Court that the said Account hath been examined
into and that the same is just It is Ordered by this Court that Mr. John
Higgs Treasurer of this County do pay to the said Inspectors the respective Sums
of money above mentioned in full of their respective Demands and that their
respective Receipts together with this Order shall be sufficient Discharges to
the said Treasurer for such payment

twelfth day of July next at nine of the Clock in the Forenoon to inspect
and examine the Certificates of Vagrant Passes signed by Samuel Bever< no role >
Esqr . one of his Majesty's Justices of the Peace for the said County and the
said Committee are desired to make their Report touching the premisses to
the Court of the next General Session of the Peace to be holden for this
County on the County day of the same Session.
