Prosecutors of all Indictments for Petty Larceny upon finding their Bills to
immediately apply for and take out Orders of Court (if the Defts. are in Newgate
the Gatehouse or Tothill Fields Bridewell ) to bring the Defts. to plead to such
Indictments and that the Keepers of the several Goals in this County do inform
all Prisoners in their Custody Indicted for Petty Larceny that they are to be ready
to take their Trials on the Friday Morning in every Sessions at nine of the Clock at
which time the Prosecutors are to attend and give Evidence against them And it
is further Ordered by this Court that no Business shall be entred upon on the
said several day other than the Business so to be appointed for the days aforesd.
unless after the Business of appointed for the day is over there be time to enter upon any
other Business.
