in the County of Middx exhibited
their humble petition unto this Court Setting forth That as

were travelling with passes to the
Places of their respective lawfull Settlements they were delivered of several Children in
the Parish of South Mims
aforesaid And that one Patrick Callo travelling also with a
Pass to the place of his lawfull Settlement died and was buried in the said Parish And
that the Charge and Expence of the Lying In and burying of the said Persons was
defrayed by the Petitioners to the amount of twelve pounds and five shillings And the
Petitioners therefore humbly prayed this Court to order the Treasurer of this County to
reimburse and pay unto the Petitioners the aforesaid Sum of Twelve pounds and
five shillings to be applied by the Petitioners for the relief of the Poor Now upon
Examination into the truth of the premisses This. Court doth think proper to disallow
the Sums of two pounds and three shillings and two pounds and eight shillings being
in the whole the Sum of four pounds and eleven shillings part of the said Sum of
twelve pounds and five shillings in regard that the said Sums are not charged as
for Vagrant passes And doth Order that Mr.

Treasurer
of this
County do pay unto the Petitioners or one of them the Sum of Seven pounds and
fourteen shillings being the remainder of the said Sum of Twelve pounds and
five shillings in full of their demand and that the Receipt of the said Petitioners
or one of them together with this Order shall be a sufficient Discharge to the said
Treasurer
for such payment.

An Account being laid before this Court by the Inspectors
appointed to take Care of the distempered Cattle in this County and to
prevent the spreading of the Distemper, commencing from the
twentieth of October 1753 to the twenty seventh of April 1754 of
Moneys alledged by them to be due to them for their Service the Total
of which Account amounts to the Sum of One hundred and six pounds
and ten shillings which account is as followeth.
