By adjournmt. on Thursday the twenty fifth day of April 1754

It is Ordered by this Court that Mr. John Higgs< no role > Treasurer of this County do
pay unto John Ditcher the Sum of forty shillings for his Salary for one year
ending on the twenty fifth day of March last for his trouble in attending his Majestys
Justices of the Peace of this County and keeping the Glass Door at Hicks Hall in
Sessions time And that the Receipt of the said John Ditcher< no role > together with
this Order shall be a sufficient discharge to the said Treasurer for such
payment.

By adjornment on Thursday the 25th. day of April 1754

Order for adjorning the
election of a Chairman}

It is ordered by this Court that the Election of a Chairman of the
General Quarter and General Sessions of the peace for the County
of Middx be and the same is hereby adjorned untill the County day
of the next General Sessions of the peace to be Golden for the said
County.

By adjornment on Thursday the 25th. day of April
1754

Order for Mr. Higgs Trearer.
to pay 10s. to Mr. Susanna
Northcote}

It is Ordered by this Court that Mr. John Higgs< no role > Treasurer of
this County do pay unto Mrs. Susanna Northcote< no role > the Sum of
ten shillings for Moneys by her disbursed and and paid for
printing papers of the Times appointed for holding the several
General Quarter and General Sessions of the peace and Sessions of
Goal Delivery for this present year 1754 And that the Reciept of
the said Susanna Northcote< no role > together with this Order shall be a
sufficient discharge to the said Treasurer for [..] such payment.

By adjornment on Thursday the twenty fifth day of April
1754.

Order for Mr. Higgs Trearer.
to pay £1.2s.5d to Mr. Henry
Powell Constable of the
Liberty of Glass house yard .}

It is Ordered by this Court that Mr. John Higgs< no role > Treasurer of this
County do pay unto Mr. Thomas Powell< no role > one of the Petty Constables
of the Liberty of Glass house Yard in this County the Sum of One
pound two shillings and five pence for Moneys by him disbursed
and paid for and on account of the Burial of one Henry Travers< no role >
who was brought to the said Thomas Powell< no role > being Constable of
the said Liberty [..] by a Warrant as a Vagrant
and died in his Removal And that the Reciept of the said Thomas
Powell together with this order shall be a sufficient discharge to
to the said Treasurer for such payment.
