Order for the Trearer
to pay Mr. Monk 15s.
his Expences in
prosecuteing a Felon}

Upon the Prayer of Joseph Monk< no role > the Prosecutor of an Indictment
against William Hunter< no role > who hath been tried and convicted at this Sessions for
Petty Larceny It is Ordered by this Court that Mr. John Higgs< no role > Treasurer of
this County do pay unto the said Joseph Monk< no role > the Sum of fifteen shillings
for the Expences which he hath been put unto in carrying on the said
Prosecution and that the Receipt of the said Joseph Monk< no role > together with
this Order shall be a sufficient Discharge to the said Treasurer for such
payment.
