Order for a Comittee to make &
settle a Table of Fees to be
taken by the Clerks to the Justices
of the Peace for the County of
Middx}

It is Ordered by this Court that it be and it is hereby recommended
and referred unto his Majestys Justices of the Peace for this County above
named or any five or more of them as a Committee to assemble and meet together at
Hicks Hall in St. John Street in this County on Such day during this Session as
they shall think fit, and to make and settle a Table of the Fees which
shall be taken by the Clerks to the Justices of the peace within this County
in Pursuance of an Act of Parliament in such Case made and provided
in Order that such Table of Fees may be laid before his Majestys
Justices of the Peace to be assembled at the next General Quarter Session
of the Peace to be holden for this County to be approved of by the said
Justices of the Peace at the said next General Quarter Session of the
peace if they Shall think fit.
