consisting of a Wife and three Children The Petitioner therefore humbly
prayed this Court to Consider his Situation and to grant the Petitioner
such Relief in the Premisses as to this Court shall be thought most
agreeable Whereupon It is Ordered by this Court that it be and it is
hereby recommended and referred unto his Majestys Justices of the peace
of this County hereinafter named (to wit) Luke Robinson< no role > Thomas Lane< no role >
Thomas Jervis< no role > George Errington< no role > Boulton Mainwaring< no role > Merry Teshmaker< no role >
John Dekewer< no role > Philip Dyot< no role > Walter Berry< no role > [..] John Goodchild< no role >
William Withers< no role > Richard Ricards< no role > Esquires and such other Justices of
the peace of this County as will please to be present or any three or
more of them as a Committee to examine into the allegations
abovementioned contained in the said Petition and to inspect the
Table of Fees of the Keeper of New Prison aforesaid and to consider of
the disbursements mentioned in the same Petition,and if the Fees
specified in the said former Table of Fees are in their [..]
Opinion too small and if it be reasonable to make any and what
Addition thereto for the better Support of the said Keeper, and
whereby he may be enabled to defray the Charges and disbursements
abovementioned and to make their Report in Writing touching the
Premisses to the Court of General Quarter or General Sessions of the
Peace for this County.
