By adjournmt. on Thursday the 18th. day of January 1749 .

Order for Mr. Higgs the
Trearer to pay £2.2s.0d.
to Mr. Partington for
printing Certificates
in relation to the
distempered Cattle.}

A Bill of Mr. R Partington amounting to two
Pounds and two Shillings being laid before this Court for
printing two Reams of Certificates to be made use of in
relation to the distempered horned Cattle in this County which he
pray may be paid unto him, It is Ordered by this Court that
Mr. John Higgs< no role > Treasurer of this County do pay the Said Sum of
two Pounds and two Shillings to the Said Mr. Partington in
full of his Said Demand, whose Receipt together with this
Order Shall be a Sufficient Discharge to the Said Treasurer
for Such payment.

By adjournmt. on Thursday the 18th. day of January 1749.

to Mr. Henry Wallbanck< no role >
keeper of the House of
Correction at Clerkenwell
for Internment of
Prisoners.} It appearing to this Court by the Report of Boulton
Mainwaring and John Lawton< no role > Esqrs . two his Majesty< no role > 's
Justices of the Peace of this County that they being present
have perused the Account of Mr. Henry Wallbanck< no role > Keeper
of the House or Correction at Clerkenwell beginning on the
12th. day of April 1749 and ending the Sixteenth day of
January in the Same Year for the Internment of Prisoners
out of the Said House of Correction and allow that there is
due to the Said Henry Wallbanck< no role > the Sum of three Pounds
two Shillings and four pence as appears by the Vouchers
Shewed to the Said Justices, and he praying that this Court
will please to order that the Same may be paid to him
It is thereupon Ordered by this Court that Mr. John Higgs< no role >
Treasurer of this County do pay to him the Said Sum of three
Pounds two Shillings and four pence, whose Receipt
together with this Order Shall be a Sufficient discharge to
the Said Treasurer for Such payment.
