Order confirming a
Report concerning County Rate
Money reced & disbursed
by Mr. Higgs< no role > Treasurer
of Middx.}

A Report being made unto this Court by Richard Ricards< no role >
Thomas Moore< no role > John Lawton< no role > Merry Teshmaker James
Clitherow George Errington< no role > and William Withers< no role > Esqrs . Justices
of the Peace of this County concerning the Account laid before
this Court by Mr. John Higgs< no role > Treasurer of the said County of the Moneys
by him reced upon a Rate or Assessment made in May Sessions
in the year of our Lord 1745 upon the respective Parishes &
places in this County by vertue of the Act of Parliament
made for the more easy assessing collecting levying of County
Rates It appeareth to this Court by the said Report that the
Several Sums of money reced by the said Treasurer upon the
said Rate and charged in the said Account do in the whole
amount to the sum of One Thousand & Six Pounds thirteen
Shillings and One half peny And that he hath disbursed
thereout Several Sums of Money amounting in the whole to
the sum of Nine Hundred Sixty nine Pounds eleven Shillings
and one Peny so that there is now remaining in the hands of
the said Treasurer the Sum of Thirty Seven Pounds One
Shilling and eleven Pence This Court doth agree to the said
Report And doth ratify & confirm the same and the same
is hereby ratifyed & confirmed accordingly.

By adjornment on Thursday the 15th. Day of May 1746.

Order concerning the

Constables in New Brentford
Division in the peace and
Stead of Mr. Joseph Jennings< no role >
and Mr Wm. Day.}

Whereas Mr. Joseph Jennings< no role > High Constable within the
Hundred of Elthorne in New Brentford Division in the County
hath served the said Office of High Constable for the Space of
three years & upwards, And Whereas Mr William Day< no role >
High Constable of the Hundred of Isleworth within New
Brentford Division aforesaid hath Served the Office of High
Constable for the said Hundred of Isleworth for the Space of
three years & upwards, And it being contracy to the ten or
of an Order of Sessions that any High Constable in this County.
