at Totenham Court on Saturday the 4th. Day of August next
at 4 O' Clock in the Afternoon.

2d. To Order the High Constable to attend at the Said Meeting with
his Petty Constables Headboroughs Etc.

3. To Simmons all the Justices of the Peace within the Divise
to attend the Said Meeting.

4. To Order the High Constable to acquaint the Victuallers who
have Licences, that on any Misbehaviour their Licence Shall
be Suppressed at the next generall Meeting.

5. To Order the High Constable to give Notice to the Several
Occupiers of Ground usually let to Child Booths on to beware of
letting the Same for that purpose, And to affix on Some publick
place Notice at or near Totenham Court for all Persons not to
take Such Ground, for that the Justices of the Peace are determined
to attend in person and Suppress the Said Fair.

6. That all Persons Selling Beer or other Liquors without
Licence be Comitted.

7. That all Actors be apprehended.

8. That the Proclamation or ready there to be read if necessary.

9. That if a Mob or any great Numbers of Persons are
assembled, Notice to be given that the Proclamation is intended
to be read, one hour before the reading the Same.

And the Said Justices pray this Court will Order Notice
of Such intended Meeting to be Sent to all the Justices of the
Peace residing in Holborne Division aforesaid desiring their
attendance thereat.

They also pray this Court will Order the High Constable
for the Said Division to Summon the Petty Constables Headboroughs
Beadles and other the peace Officers within the Same to attend
the Justices at their [..] Said Meeting at Totenham Court on the
Hour and Day before mentioned, And to continue Such [..]
Attendance from Day to Day and So often as the Said Justices
Shall require, And to direct the High Constable to deliver a
List to the Said Justices at Such Meeting of the Names & places
of abede of the Officers (if any) who Shall neglect or refuse to
appear there, to be laid before this Court at their next Sessions.

All which they humbly Submit,
