the said Players of Interludes, plays, or drills, or others
Shall Act Exhibit or Strew any such Interludes, Plays, or
Drolls within their respective Divisions, to apprehend and
carry all Persons so offending before one or more of his
Majesties Justices of the peace for the said County dwelling
nearest to the place where any such Booths or buildings
have been Erected, To the end they may be punished
according to Law, And for that purpose this Court doth further
Order that the said High Constables respectively do require
the respective Constables & Headboroughs aforesaid to
repair & go at such time & times, as the said High Constables
respectively shall in this behalf appoint, to the said place
or places in their respective Divisions to here the said
Booths or other buildings are Erected for the Cuting of an
Interludes, plays, or drolls, And given notice thereof to such
of his Maties Justices of the Peace in their respective
Divisions who reside near to the said place or places where
such Disorders are or shall be Comitted, to whom It is
Recomended by this Court to take & use such law full meane
as may be most Effectual for preventing the Abuses
aforesaid, wherein the said High Constables , Petty
Constables, & Headboroughs are required to be Aiding and
Assisting with their utmost diligence, as they will
Answer the Contrary at their peril.
