Rents of the estate belonging to this County the Said Rent
of Six Shillings & eight pence P Ann from time to time
after the Same became due during So long time as he
the Said Thomas Bromley< no role > continued Housekeeper of
Hicks Hall aforesaid And that Mr. Osborne the present
Housekeeper of Hicks hall acknowledged that he reced
from the Said Thomas Bromley< no role > all the goods mentioned
in the Inventory written under the Said Bond for the use
of the Justices of the peace of this County It is further
Ordered by this Court that after the Said Thomas Bromley< no role >
Shall have assigned over the Policy of Insurance above
mentioned unto three or more of his Maties Justices of
the peace for this County
the Said Thomas Bromley< no role > 's Bond
Shall be delivered up to him, And that Mr. John Higgs< no role >
the Treasurer of this County do out of the moneys to
him paid on account of Rent for the estate belonging to
the Said County pay unto the Said Thomas Bromley< no role > the
Said Sum of eleven pounds three Shillings & ten pence
mentioned in the Said Report to be allowed to him as
aforesaid, in full of his Said demand, whose receipt
together with this Order Shall be a Sufficient discharge to
the Said Treasurer for Such payment.

legal Representative of Mrs. Hester Hawksmore< no role > deced who
was the widow & Executrix of the last will & testament of
Nicholas Hawksmore< no role > Esqr . deced the Sum of twelve pounds &
twelve Shillings, which this Court doth design as an
acknowledgement and Gratification for the Skill, labour &
paines bestowed by the Said Mr. Hawksmore in his life
time in contriving and delineated the erections & alterations
at the Sessions house of this County called Hicks hall in St. John
Street for making the Court more commodious & warm in
the winter Season< no role > , And that the receipt of Such [..]

discharge to the Said Treasurer for Such payment.
