Order or a copy thereof shall be a sufficient discharge or
discharges to the said Treasurers or either of them for the
moneys to be by them or either of them paid in
Pursuance of this Order

Administration of the goods rights & credits of the
said John Palmer< no role > was granted on the seventh
day of January One thousand seven hundred and
thirty one by Sir Henry Penrice< no role > Knt . Doctor of
Laws Official lawfully constituted in & through
the whole Arch Deaconry< no role > of Midd to the said
George Palmer< no role > & Silas Palmer< no role > Brother of the said
John Palmer< no role > .

By Adjornmt. on Thursday the 6th. day of December 1733.

the Bridge money to lay
an account of the moneys
by them respectively
reced & disbursed before
the Committee appointed
to take the accounds of the
Treasurers }

It is Ordered by this Court that Henry Barker< no role > Esqr . & James
Clitherow Esqr . two of his Maties Justices of the peace of
this County and alsoe Treasurers of the of the moneys raised
to defray the expences of repairing the publick Bridges of
the said County be and they are hereby desired to lay an
account before the Committee of his Maties Justices of the
peace of this County appointed to take the account of the
Treasurers of the said County at such time & place as
they shall in this behalfe appoint a true account in
writing of all sum & sums of Money reced by the Said
Treasurers or either of them for the purpose aforesaid
and how and to whom the same or any part thereof
have been disposed of, and what sum & sums of money
(if any) which were Ordered to be raised for the purpose
aforesaid and are yet standing out & in arreare form any
& what parishes or places in this County, and what
high Constables have made default in not raiseing
& paying the same.
