of Maimed Soldiers and Mariners within the
Hundreds of Ossulston Edmonton and Gore in
this County unto Barwell Smith< no role > Esquire one of
his Majestyes Justices of the Peace for this County
and Treasurer of the Moneys raised the same
Yeare for the purpose aforesaid,

It is Ordered by this Court that Richard Wilson< no role >
Gentleman and William Newman< no role > Gentleman
High Constables within the Hundred of Gore in
this County Doe attend the Court of the next
Generall Sessions of the Peace to be holden
for this County by adjornment on Thursday the
Twenty eighth day of August next at three of
the Clock in the afternoon to Shew cause why
they have not paid the Moneys by them respectively
received by vertue of the Rate made in Easter
Sessions one thousand Seven hundred and twenty
eight for raiseing of Moneys for Reliefe of
Maimed Soldiers and Mariners within the
Hundreds of Ossulston Edmonton and Gore in this
County unto Barwell Smith< no role > Esquire one of his
Majestyes Justices of the Peace for this County
and Treasurer of the Moneys raised the same
Yeare for the purpose aforesaid,

Upon reading the Petition of Thomas Glover< no role > late
belonging to the late Majestyes, Ship the Norfolk
exhibited unto this Court Setting forth that
the Petitioner whilst he belonged to the aforesaid
Ship (then under the Command of Captain
Robert Wynne< no role > ) in the Yeare one Thousand
seven hundred and Six at Spit head going to
the Mast head to clear the Vain, unfortunately
