of Denmark Street Esqrs . Justices of the peace for this County
upon Condition that the Said Cryer Shall well and timely
deliver or cause to be delivered all Such Licences as Shall be
granted at the next ensueing Benewall of Licences of
Alehousekeepers and Victuallers in the Said County who Shall
beforehand have paid One Shilling per Licence for the
Cryer before the Seventh day of July now next ensueing
without taking or demanding any more money for the
Same And the Clerk of the peace is to cause the Said
Licences to be delivered out from his Office in due time
to the aforesaid Cryer or his Agent that he may be enable
to deliver the Same to the respective Alehouse keepers and
Victuallers as aforesaid and It is hereby further Ordered
and Declared by and with the Consent of the Said Cryer
that in Case any Victualler or other person paying the
Said Sume of One Shilling to or to the use of the Said Cryer
and also all the other legall and usuall Fees for his or
her Licence shall not have Such Licences delivered to
him or her or left by the Said Cryer at his or her dwelling
house or place of abode within the time before limitted
or within a reasonable time, such Victualler Shall be
entituled to have his or her Licence renewed at the next
Generall renewing of Licences and delivered to him or her
at the expence of the Cryer for the time being without
paying any Fee or Sume of money whatsoever for the
Same.
