the contrary, And that Christopher Seymour< no role > Gentleman
House keeper of the Sessions House called Hickshall
in this County and Cryer of the Generall and Quarter
Sessions of the Peace of the said County should from
thencerth pay his Arreares of Rent and
accrewing Yearly Rent of Six Shillings and
Eight pence by him payable for and in respect
of Hickshall aforesaid unto the said Thomas
Wilkinson untill further Order of the Court of
Generall or Quarter Sessions of the Peace for
this County to the contrary, Now to the Intent
that the clear Annuall Rents of the Premisses
may be applyed for Refunding and Paying back
to the said Treasurers such Moneys as have
been Borrowed of them for the purposes
aforesaid, It is Ordered by this Court that the
said Thomas Wilkinson< no role > Doe from time to time
pay over the severall Sumes of Money to be
by him received for or on Account of the Rents
of the said Premisses or any part thereof unto
Sir Daniel Dolius< no role > Knight one of his Majesties
Justices of the Peace for this County Subject
to the said Order of the Ninth day of July
One Thousand seven Hundred and Twenty
four, And that the Receipt and Receipts
of the said Sir Daniel Dolius together
with this present Order shall be a sufficient
Discharge and Discharges to the said
Thomas Wilkinson< no role > for such payments,
