Middlesex now Assembled at this present Generall
Sessions of the Peace holden for the said County
Doe hereby Order that the thanks of this Court be
and they are hereby given to John Milner< no role > This name instance is in set 4214. Esquire
the present Chairman of this Court for his
Wise Conduct and the great Services by him done
for this County in the prudent Administration
of Justice,

Order touching the
electing of a new
high Constable of
Finsbury Division
in the room of Mr.
Wm.Flectcher< no role > ,

Whereas It appeareth to this Court that William
Fletcher
< no role > Gentleman was appointed High Constable
of Finsbury Division in this County in Easter
Sessions One thousand Seven hundred and Twenty
five, And it being contrary to the tenor of an
Order made in January Sessions One Thousand Seven
hundred and Eighteen that any High Constable
in this County should Continue in his Office above
the space of Three Yeares,It is therefore Ordered
by this Court that it be And It is hereby recommended
