Order for Obligeing
Severall High
Constables to
pay Moneys assessed
on Account of
a Robbery

Complaint being made unto this Court that William Nind< no role > Gent high
Constable of Westminster Division, Joseph Pritty< no role > Gent high Constable of the Tower
Division and William Lonsdale< no role > Gent high Constable of Kensington Division
within the Hundred of Ossulston in this County and Severall Petty Constable
within the same have not paid unto John Fuller< no role > and William Cotesworth< no role > Esqrs:
two of his Majesties Justices of the Peace for this County or either of them Pursuant
to the Warrants by them in that behalfe granted and made the Moneys Assessed
upon the Severall Parishes Hambletts and Places within the said respective
Divisions and Hundred for the raiseing of Moneys for Reimbursing unto Daniel
Waite Esquire a Considerable Sume of Money Levyed on him as an Inhabitant
within the same Hundred by Vertue of a Writt of Fieri facias Issued forth of the
Court of Common Pleas at Westminster upon a Judgment obtained by Robert Bent< no role >
Gentleman in that Court against the Inhabitants of the said Hundred on
Account of a Robbery committed upon him the said Robert Bent< no role > within the
same Hundred, It is Ordered by this Court that the said High Constables and
Petty Constables respectively Doe forthwith pay the Severall Sumes of Money
Assessed upon the Severall Parishes Hambletts and Places within the said
respective Divisions and Hundred as aforesaid unto the said John Fuller< no role > and
William Cotesworth< no role > Esquires or one of them for the purpose aforesaid, Or
in Default thereof that they doe Personally attend and Shew unto the
Court of the next Generall Quarter Sessions of the Peace to be holden
for this County on the Fifteenth day of January next at Eleven of
the Clock in the Forenoon good Cause to the Contrary

Order for adjorning
the Consideration
of the Report touching
the Affair of removing
Prisoners from New
Prison to Newgate,

It is Ordered by this Court that the Consideracon
of the Report of the Committee touching the
Affaire of removeing Prisoners from New
Prison at Clerkenwell in this County to
the Goal of Newgate be adjourned to
the County Day in the nex Generall
Quarter Sessions of the Peace to be
holden for the said County,
