Repaires of
Chertsea Bridge ,

It is Ordered by this Court that Sr. Isaac Tillard< no role >
Knt . Treasurer of the Moneys raised for the Repairs
of Chertsea bridge and other Publique Bridges in
this County Doe thereout pay unto Michael Purse< no role >
Carpenter the Sume of Five pounds & eight Shillings
for his Labour and paines in superintending and
looking after the Repaires of Chertsea Bridge
aforesaid, whilst the same was repairing, to see that
the Work was well and sufficiently done & performed,
And that the Receipt of the said Michael Purse< no role >
together with this Order shall be a Sufficient
Discharge to the said Sr. Isaac Tillard< no role > for such payment,

spelthorne to attend
the Cort for not
retorning Pfect
lists of Freeholders

It is Ordered by this Court that William Chandler< no role >
Gent high Constable within the Hundred of Spelthorne
in this County Do attend this Court on Friday next at
three of the Clock in the afternoon to shew cause why he
and the severall Petty Constables within his Division
did not retorn to his Majestyes Justices of the Peace for
this County on the first day of the Generall Quarter Sessions
of the Peace holden for this County in the Week after
Michaelmas last, a true and perfect Accompt in writing
of the Christian and Surnames, places of aboad, Titles
and Additions of all such Persons having Estates within
the severall Parishes and Places in his Division as
are qualifyed to Serve upon Jurys pursuant to the Statutes
in such Cases made and provided and to the Warrant
directed to the said high Constable for that purpose, and
why they should not be Fined for such their neglect & default,
