at Christmas next And also the Sume of Twenty pounds
per Annum residue of the said Sume of Thirty pounds per
Annum to the Clerk of the Peace of the said County for
the time being or his Deputy by Quarterly payments
(to witt) at Christmas Lady day Midsumer and Michalmas
aforesaid by equall Porcons The first payment thereof
to be also made at Christmas next to be applyed as the
Court of Generall or Quarter Sessions of the Peace
for the said County shall direct for Repairing New
Prison aforesaid and the Dwelling House Buildings
and Appurtenances thereto belonging untill the same
shall be effectually Repaired in such manner as the
said Court shall approve of according to the intent and
meaning of an Order made at the Generall Quarter
Sessions of the Peace holden for the said County by
adjournent on the Fifth day of July, in the Eighth
Year of the Reign of his present Majesty King George
And in case the said Court shall order and direct
the said Sume of Thirty pounds per Annum to be
paid to any other Person or Persons That then if
he the said John Geary< no role > doe and shall from time to
time well and timely pay the same unto such Person
or Person and in such manner as shall be so Ordered
and directed, And that if he the said John Geary< no role > so long
as he shall continue Keeper of the said Prison shall
at his own proper costs and Charges doe all such
further Repaires as shall be necessary to be done
to the said Prison and the Dwelling House Building
and Appurtenances thereunto belonging over and
above what shall be done by his payment of the
said Sume of Twenty Pounds per Annum to the said
Clerk of the Peace or his Deputy for the purpose
aforesaid, And that if the said John Geary< no role > his Exors
or Admors doe and shall well and truely pay or cause
to be paid unto the Sheriff of the said County for the time
being or his Order for the Use of his own Majesty King
George his Heirs and Suscessors All such Sume and
