Order that noe high
Constable have any
allowance for expence
or trouble in pformance
of the Office of high
Constable or Trear
of publique moneys,

Whereas some high Constables (who have been
Trears of moneys raised for the Marshalsea Kings
bench & hospitalls & for the passing of Vagrants)
have prayed an allowance not only for their
trouble but alsoe for expences in pformance of
their respective Offices, This Court is of opinion
that such allowance ought not to be made And
doth order that noe high Constable shall for the
future be allowed any moneys either for expences
or for their trouble in pformance of their respective
Offices of high Constable or Trear of publique
moneys assessed or to be assessed by any Order of
Generall or Quarter Sessions of the peace for this
County.

It is Ordered by this Court that Robert Hardisty< no role >
Gentleman Deputy Clerk of the peace of this County
Doe out of the Vagrant Money to him paid by
John Mills< no role > Gentleman late Treasurer of the
Moneys raised within the Hundreds of Ossulston
Edmonton and Gore in this County for the passing of
Vagrants and by Robert Kent< no role > Gentl late High
Constable of Kensington Division in the said County
pay unto Edward Crane< no role > Constable of the parish of St.
Mary Stratford Bow in this County the Sume of
three pounds eighteen shillings & eight pence & unto
William Boothby< no role > late Constable of the same parish
the Sume of five pounds eleven shillings and eight
pence in satisfaccon of the Moneys allowed to them
respectively for the passing of Vagrants, And that
their respective Receipts together with this Order shall
be sufficient Discharges to the said Mr. Hardisty
for such payments,
