The said Weekly Bills, A Mortality in this County & allowed
them upon their Accompts and that the Sume of
be paid for every parish Hamblett

and Liberty which is inDivision and
within the Weekly Bills of Mortality in this County by
the Scavengers thereof as their proportion of the Moneys
to be raised for defraying the Expence aforesaid
And this Court doth thereupon Order that it be and It is
hereby recommended to his Majesty's Justices of the Peace for
this County Inhabiteing withinDivision aforesaid
at their Special or Petty Sessions to be holden for the said
Division or at any Meeting in their respective Parishes
to give Order and direct that the Scavengers of each
and every of the said Parishes Hambletts and Libertyes
in the said Division and within the said Weekly Bills of
Mortality where the said Extracts have been or shall be
delivered Do for and on behalf of their said respective
Parishes Hambletts and Libertys forthwith pay the Sume
ofunto
High Constable ofDivision aforesaid And that
the said High Constable do within a Week after his
Receipt thereof pay over the same unto the Clerk of
the Peace of this County or his Deputy to be disposed of
and applyed for defraying the expence of printing and
delivering the said extracts as the Justices of the
Peace for this County shall by their Order at their
General or Quarter Sessions of the Peace direct
and appoint, And this Court doth hereby further
Order and direct that the Moneys soe to be paid
to the said High Constable by the aforesaid
Scavengers shall be allowed them upon their
respective Accompts.
