high Constables to
attend the Court
concerning a
nightly watch,

On consideracon had of the many felonys burglarys and
robberys which have been comitted in the Night time
within the weekly Bills of mortality in this County for
the want of a regular nightly watch, It is ordered
by this Court that the respective high Constables of Holborne
Division, Finsbury Division & the Tower Division within
the said weekly Bils of mortality in the Sd County
doe attend this Court on Thursday next at two of the
clock in the afternoon, and propose what methods
may be taken for the establishing a sufficient nightly
watch within their respective Divisions for the better
security of his Maties. subjects inhabiting therein and
preventing of felonys burglarys & robberys for
the future,

of peace at petty
Sessions concerning
nightly watch Etc

On consideracon had of the many felonys burglarys &
robberys which have been comitted in the Night time
within the Weekly Bills of mortality in this County for
the want of a sufficient nightly watch, and the
appointing thereof haveing been recomended by
their Excellencies the Lords Justices, It is Ordered by
this Court that the severall petty Constables of
Holborne Division , Finsbury Division , & the
Tower Division in this County doe attend his Maties.
Justices of the peace for the said County at their
petty Sessions within the Sd. respective Divisions,
and propose what methods may be taken for the
establishing a Sufficient nightly watch within
their said respective Divisions for the better security
of his Maties. subjects inhabiting therein & preventing
of felonys burglarys & robberys for the future, And
the high Constables of the Sd. Divisions are required
forthwith to give notice of this Order to the Justices
of peace inhabiting within their severall Divisions
& alsoe to their respective petty Constables to the end
they may be present at the said petty Sessions, And
