Take Notice that the Court of Oyer and Terminer General
Sessions and Goal Delivery now holding for the City of London
and for Delivering the Goal of Newgate
of the Prisoners therein
contained will be moved on the Morrow or as soon as Council
can be heard that the Recognizances entered into by the above
named William Fillery< no role >
and his Bail at the last General
quarter Sessions and Goal delivery of Newgate
to answer to all
and Singular Indictments to be preferred against him at this
Present Sessions may be respited until the next Sessions of
Oyer and Terminer to be held for the City of London
and for
Delivering the Goal of Newgate
of the Prisoners therein
contained on Account that the Prosecuter William Hayes< no role >
is unable to attend to give Evidence before the Grand Jury
at this Present Sessions in Consequence of the shot wound
received by him from the said William Fillery< no role >
